To be perfectly honest I don't know anything at all about digital art, there was one guy in my art class in high school that downloaded a bootleg version of photoshop and he used it to make the christmas card for the school. That was the end of my experience, we weren't allowed to use the school computers for art and my teacher had no experience with it either so this is a completely new world for me. I really have no idea how people make digital art and I'm pretty sure I would not be able to pick if someone asked me to find which art work was done on the computer.

Just the thought of this class seems horrible to me and as I sit here in class I see people already using the layers and knowing what their doing completely when I have absolutely no clue and only used basic shapes. I hope i'll be able to gain a lot from this class, and that it will not be as horrible as I think it is.
